In 26 days we explored and fell in love with Türkiye! We traveled nearly 17,000 miles, met amazing people and created life long memories. Of course we ate and drank some amazing food and wine, we are Chefs after all!

Traveling brings us closer to our humanity. It humbles us and forces us into uncomfortable situations that push our boundaries and cause us to grow. It opens our eyes and hearts making room for more empathy and compassion. Travel reminds us how small and insignificant we are in the big picture of things but also how vital our contribution to any single moment can be. A simple kindness can change someone’s life. Many peoples kindness changed ours.

We are better Chefs, better partners and better humans now than we were 26 short days and many miles ago.

Plan the trip, go do the things, take the risk, face the challenge. We only regret the things we didn’t do.
