Yesterday Garth and I got the families together for a nice little Christmas dinner. Yes we could have smoked a ham or a turkey but nah take a little at we came up with. Oh and a few great sides. Smoked deviled eggs, smoked green bean casserole and smoked potatoes with cheese and bacon.

It’s a Beautiful day to smoke some pork

Next Sunday the 27th from 5pm to 7 on we will be making meals again. This time we are doing a pulled pork sandwich. Sides will be smoked baked beanswith bacon, a homemade adobo chipotle coleslaw and a side of Garth’s bbq sauce. All this for $10 dollars. We will also be offering if you want pulled pork for a few days whole smoked pork butts for $45 and a quart of Garth’s bbq sauce for $10. Please have your orders in by Thursday. Hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend and we will see you next Sunday.

Having a get together for Saturday’s game? Let us help out with part of it. We will be smoking pulled pork. Get a smoked pulled apart 8 plus pound pork butt for $45 and if you want a quart size jar of Garth’s bbq sauce we will have it for sale $10 a jar. We will have the pork ready to go by 11am.
