The festival features over 30 music and media artists performing across multiple stages, an art crawl with open houses at art galleries and studios, food trucks and a beer and wine garden - all within short walking distance. Vernon has performed frequently on both coasts, garnering him a unique approach to his alternative jazz rock style. Vernon’s ability to gently yet urgently evoke our emotions while maintaining an overall hopeful outlook makes his set one you must experience yourself.

Happy’s Birthday has carved out a unique space in the local music community by providing theatrical performances with whimsical and vivid storytelling. Their unique sound combines elements of folk and indie with the bite of post-hardcore and experimental rock to create a colorful and zany array of songs.

Melinda West 8pm-9pm
By slamming together European street accordion and blending it with her soulful voice, Melinda creates a passionate, fiery elixir of live music. Bringing in the rambunctious sounds of Amy Winehouse, Gogol Bo****lo, and other spicy-soul-folk influences, Melinda is a seamstress of melodies, who improvises keys, accordion, or guitar over her intense yet emotive songs

Mitch Campbell 9-10pm
Mitchel blends styles of jazz, funk, rnb, and pop to create unique songs using his looper, keyboard, and voice. Originally from Boston, Mitchel has been a bandleader for years before moving to California to pursue his own musical career.

Daydream Time Machine 10-11pm
based out of Pomona, Daydream has been transmitting their psychedelic reverberations since 2015. Inspired by life and its swinging pendulum of highs and lows, Daydream encapsulates past, present and future reflections of love, growth and self-destruction one sonic dream at a time.

Brown Chairs 11-12pm
a new age folk punk band who dabbles in the blues. The clashing writing styles of the lead singer and lead guitarist bring about a dichotomy of sound akin to liquid rage poured over warm honey.

Top Shelf Brass Band started in Riverside, CA in 2012. Since starting in 2012, the band played in festivals all over the US and Europe and has made their way in Los Angeles playing for television, commercials, and celebrity shows.

6 pm: Grant Langston Band
His music a blend of California h***y tonk, Texas boogie, with some dirty southern rock thrown in for flavor. Langston is mash-up. Born and stamped with a Alabama southerness that won’t wash away. Living in California now, and taking that tradition to heart. Equal parts Lyle Lovett, Billy Gibbons, Jamie Johnson, Glen Campbell, and Dwight Yoakam.

7 pm: The Eldermen
The Eldermen are a musical group of wise elder men whose music transcends the boundaries of traditional genres. They believe that music is a conduit for the divine order of things – a way to spread love, peace, and harmony, stage by stage and song by song. In addition to embodying light and consciousness, the Eldermen do so with an added layer of humor and light heartedness. Their music and live performances are never to be missed.

8 pm: Adamson, Mitchell, Light, & Jones
is a veteran of the SoCal music scene. Growing up in a musical Greek and Mexican family, she began playing piano at the age of 8. After graduating from Creative Studies at UCSB she played in several local Santa Barbara bands opening for the likes of The Motels, X, Romeo Void, and Fear. Upon relocating to L.A., she switched from piano to guitar and played in a duo with long time friend, Che Zuro, for over 15 years. Tisa now headlines her own shows featuring original music accompanied by Grammy Award winning guitarist, Randy Ray Mitchell. They are frequently joined by local friends.

Brett Farkas is a multi-genre solo artist, bandleader and session musician who is based in Los Angeles. There, he learned alongside the local masters and honed his craft by playing throughout the midwest. Campagna has had a long, and oddly enough eclectic career. From playing the blues clubs as a teenager with the likes of Freddie King and Elmo Weatherspoon, to performing and recording with Industrial music pioneers Psychic TV, to playing with Indian and African musicians... Some of Campagna’s credits include writing songs with former partner Deborah Ash for Chaka Khan, Jennifer Holiday, and Maxine Nightingale. He has performed extensively from Italy to India to Canada and back home.

Riner Scivally on guitar and Blake White on bass - look forward to jazz standards, Bossa Nova themes, original pieces and some pop hits. Scivally is noted for his warm tone and funky solos, and White has been a major contributor to the jazz community and has worked extensively to represent the true meaning of jazz.

5:30 pm: Greg Porée Duo
Porée’s first break in the music business came when he was asked to be musical director for Sonny & Cher. Work for other musical icons soon followed — including Gladys Knight & the Pips, Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, and Diana Ross. He can be heard on landmark albums for Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, and Ozomatli. Porée has since shifted his focus from studio work to composition, infusing innovative style and personality into every piece. His music revolves around classical guitar, but at a Greg Porée live performance you might also find violin, accordion, or vibraphone filling out the band.

Sophie began playing the piano at age five, and at age 14 taught herself to play the guitar. Surrounded by music, Sophie grew up singing all over the house. Since coming out as nonbinary, they have a renewed zeal for writing and sharing vulnerable and sincere songs in their own style of genre-expansive folk. Arend believes songwriting is a practice of self-discovery, and sharing songs is a radical act of community-building.

Meder singer/songwriter who delivers energetic stage performances combined with intricately crafted guitar and wordsmithery. This experience encompasses an eclectic array of sounds that breathe new life into genres ranging from traditional folk to experimental music.

Stepwise is a Celtic folk duo consisting of Liam Lewis (mandolin, guitar, fiddle, voice) and Olivia Breidenthal (fiddle and voice). They perform a mixture of traditional Irish songs with tight vocal harmonies and traditional and original Irish tune sets.

4 pm: Elliott Cane Quintet
Inspired by ‘60’s “Blue Note” style jazz, as well as by the music of Tito Puente and Mongo Santamaria, The Elliott Caine Quintet plays original compositions, as well as the works of Lee Morgan, Hank Mobley, Donald Byrd, et al.

True Blue is a Los Angeles-based bluegrass string band. The band’s leader, Andy Keathley, is an award-winning flatpicker who’s been at the forefront of the Southern California bluegrass scene for over a decade. They perform classic bluegrass, fun modern favorites, and genre-bending original music. True Blue is bluegrass music in its purest form, with three-part harmony singing and virtuosic instrumental performance.

Hailing from Pasadena and inspired by the French word for “workshop” or “studio,” The Ateliers feel that each person is in the process of being created and can work to make their life and the lives of others more healthy and beautiful. Expect a variety of musical instruments and styles, a warm blend of vocals, and a powerful display of their love of music.

The jazzy folk and blues duo Nathan & Jessie create music with a spirit of beauty, spontaneity, dance, and jazz improvisation. Kristin Mooney and Claire Holley began singing together, had an immediate vocal chemistry, and soon began writing together. After hearing them perform at McCabe’s, Greg Herzenach approached them, and with his help—and a handful of stellar musicians—powdercoat made an EP.

5:15 pm: & Ed Tree
Cynthia Brando is a Los Angeles singer songwriter and music industry guest writer. She has played notable shows at House of Blues in Hollywood, music festivals, and tours across the country. Ed Tree was born in New Orleans and grew up in south Mississippi at the three way intersection of Country music, The Blues, and New Orleans R&B. He has produced 150+ albums, including 2 top five Billboard Blues chart releases, and has played the New Orleans Jazz Fest and The Grand Ole Opry.

Joel Rafael has been making music for over 50 years, and has chronicled his life and the world around him with passionate songwriting rooted in the folk tradition.

An indie/alt/pop/rock band with influences that stem from The Killers and U2 to the 1975, marshmello, and cinema scores. Two brothers, Daniel (vocals, keys, guitar) and Isaac (drums, keys, backing vocals), formed the band shortly after their family had proudly opened a pub.

In an era of computer-made, beat-driven music, Grand Canyon is the antithesis of modern music. However, by focusing on musicianship and timeless songwriting, and drawing on the inspiration of the classic sounds and arrangements of the 70s, it is the kind of music that will be wafting through the canyons for a long time.

Matt Carless, James Younger, Glen Eddy, Mark Dreskin, and Pete Foley. Their live sound has been compared to Ween, but is always evolving.

Group:
Following immense success as a musical director and guitarist - he has worked with Sonny & Cher, Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Ozomatli, and more - Greg shifted his focus from studio work to composition. The music revolves around classical guitar, but at a Greg Porée live performance, you might also find violin, accordion, or vibraphone filling out the band.

The Riner Scivally Trio:
Riner Scivally on guitar, who is noted for his warm tone and funky solos.

Blake White on bass, who has been a major contributor to the jazz community and has worked extensively to represent the true meaning of jazz.

Kendall Kay on drums, who is one of the most in-demand drummers on the scene today.

Mark Towns Latin Jazz Trio:
Mark Towns is a virtuoso torchbearer of guitar-driven instrumental Afro-Caribbean Jazz, composing and performing music which blurs the lines between Latin Jazz, Flamenco Jazz, Salsa, Funk, and Fusion. With grooves inspired by traditional Latin Jazz artists Tito Puente, Eddie Palmieri, and Cal Tjader, Towns guitar work and arrangements combine the technical sophistication of Jazz and Flamenco with the down-to-earth feel of the Blues and Rock from his Texas upbringing to create something brand new.
