Here’s how to properly make roast beef and why following these steps is crucial for the best results.

1. Choose the Right Cut of Beef
• The cut of beef you select will greatly influence the texture and flavor of your roast. Popular choices include ribeye, sirloin, or eye of round. Ribeye offers rich marbling and flavor, while sirloin provides a balance of tenderness and cost. Eye of round is leaner and requires more careful cooking to avoid dryness.

We loved catering and helping to design this wedding. Our Catering and Event Designer Tracy Barlow designed the hanging floral backdrop for this sweet couple! Accompanied by a grazing station to start the evening, with a family style meal featuring kebab and citrus cous cous to follow and ending with a dessert station.
