The Teddy Bear sunflower. . .🌻

The Teddy Bear sunflower is a popular variety of sunflower known for its unique appearance. It is a dwarf sunflower type that typically grows to a height of around 2 feet (60 centimeters). The name “Teddy Bear” refers to its characteristic fluffy, double blooms that resemble pom-poms or the cuddly appearance of a teddy bear.

This annual sunflower grows on sturdy stems with broad, dark green leaves. Its extra large, double, golden blooms give it equal weight no matter where you plant it. It stands out in the vegetable garden, flowerbeds, decorative borders and even grown in patio pots. Bloom time extends from mid-summer up until first frost attracting bees, butterflies and birds to the garden. Flower petals and seeds are edible, and Teddy Bear sunflower makes a great cut flower addition for vases and bouquets.

First version of a daffodil.
The middle section could be shrunk a bit to be more proportional.

I default to the double leaf for accent.

And you guys have seen the sunflowers.

Depending on what paint and glitters I have in stock at the time. All shades of color will change slightly.
Sometimes the leaves will be a Lighter Green and sometimes a slightly darker green.

This is where messenger is perfect. You get a video of what youd be purchasing before we finish the payment. Im not trying to surprise you. I'm trying to make what you think would look good.

Sometimes you have an idea and I make it, and then you realize its not quite what you envisioned.

Thats ok!

Let me know and lets change it until it is something you envisioned. Thats what I'm setting out to do. Even if we change it a few times!

First version of an open lily, daisy, and cala lily. These designs will inevitably change in the days to come.

I chose some wacky colors for these first versions, I plan on keeping these so we can compare them with future (hopefully improved) versions.
