Hakan is pleased to be cooking delicious food from his home town of Hatay, Turkey. Hatay is a southern Turkish province on the Mediterranean coast, bordered by Syria to the south and the east. Hakan worked on cruise ships for 6 years then moved to Spokane, Washington in 2004. He managed restaurants and bars in several location of Spokane throughout the years. Hakan began cooking at The Feast Wor

ld Kitchen in the summer of 2022, this has allowed him to share his cooking and great flavors with the community. Catering events has allowed him to get one step closer to his dream of opening his own restaurant one day. Hakan is also a certified mixologist that can bartend your next event.

Feast Friends! Inlander Restaurant Week is upon us! At Feast, we run our 3-course, 9-Chef global menu exclusively for two full Wed-Sun weeks! There is nothing like it… Our program never experiences more teamwork and camaraderie than during this next two weeks… From the volunteers to the staff to the nine chef partner families sharing their culture through excellent cuisine, it is a full Feast family effort to share a FABULOUS 3-course meal experience with every guest who visits. We are always jampacked so please take a look at the menu on our website and then click to book your table! Takeout will be limited (or perhaps not available) depending on how we are doing keeping up with the in-house crowds… so make plans to come sit for an hour and enjoy your experience!
