My catering company currently is set up for small to medium catering needs; office meetings, seminars, bridal or baby showers, or just a small party needing some great food additions. I fell into cooking, hard! After a lifetime (it felt like) in the travel industry, I took a leap and went to culinary school. Grew some bal... confidence and went crazy!

I am inspired by flavors, and love to visit other countries to try their culture of flavors first hand. Thailand, Mexico & Italy. More of Europe to come.

Everyone has a right to have their event catered. Stop the “my beliefs won’t let me cater to them”, bull! Same s*x marriages, heck yes! Bring it. Birthday party for your Frenchie turning 8? Absolutely! Small luncheon with your friends because you are scared of your kitchen, I would love to!
