We just have worked up some new menu HHCC offerings (Grilled Red Fish with Lemon Thyme Sauce, Pan Seared Jumbo Scallops,Grilled Pork Chop with Fennel Honey Butter etc.. ) that Chef Joe thinks will take the menu to a new level and feature some of his specialties! Hanson’s Hill Country Catering is excited to announce we have hired Joe Mireles as our Catering Chef. He will work side-by-side with Chef/Owner Roger Hanson
to guide the Culinary Operations. He is currently the Chef de Cusine at the Destination Hotel in San Antonio and also has prior experience at the Hyatt Hotels and with Sodexo.
He has his a BA degree from the Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale Culinary Institute.
