🦃 Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and the Knibbe Ranch family has decided to share the warmth and flavor of our traditional stuffing recipe with you! Get ready to wow your guests with a taste of our cherished family dish. Read the rest of the post for the recipe! 🍂

Knibbe Ranch Traditional Stuffing Recipe:

Ingredients:
10 cups bread cubes (day-old – or store-bought package-unseasoned)
1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups chicken broth
2 beaten eggs
If desired - Parsley for garnish

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish really well!
In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and celery; sauté until tender.
Add poultry seasoning, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and vegetable mixture. Gradually add broth, tossing to moisten.
Stir in beaten eggs.
Transfer the stuffing to the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, (If desired, sprinkle with parsley), and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Even though we’re not hosting an event on Halloween, the ghosts and goblins at Knibbe Ranch are still up to their usual tricks! 🐴👻

Rumor has it, our cows have been practicing their “moo-squerade” for weeks, and the chickens are planning a “cluck-or-treat” parade. 🐄🐔

So, if you hear some eerie moo-ing or see a cowboy hat floating by itself, don’t worry – it’s just Halloween at Knibbe Ranch! 🎃👻
