We are happy to announce that the Tanglefoot Park Splash Pad is back to normal hours of operation! The hours are 10am-8pm every day.

In response to persisting drought conditions, the splash pad hours are being temporarily adjusted to reduce water use. Please join us in reducing water usage during peak times in accordance with voluntary recommendations set by North Ottawa Water System.

This is the updated rental pricing for Tanglefoot Park's pavilion. This pricing was approved by the Spring Lake Village - Government Village Council for the 2022/2023 year.

We have transient slips available for public use at Tanglefoot Park in Spring Lake! The slips cost $10 for the day. There is a self-serve station at the end of the dock to pay for your slip along with the permit for your vessel.

Dinghy parking is available on the north side of the docks too. Dinghy owners must pay $10 fee for transient parking. There are cleats on the North side of the dock (on both sides of the gangway) for dinghy transient parking.

Overnight mooring is not allowed and transient slip boats must be vacated from the park once it closes at 10PM. No fishing or swimming is allowed in the transient slip or kayak launch area.

Sneak peak 👀

We received our kayak rental equipment a day early! (YAY) We are in the process of setting it up and unloading the equipment to ensure everything will work seamlessly for you. We will announce soon when the rental is officially open for public use.

Kayak rentals will cost $5 to unlock and $20 per hour for use. We will post a walk through once everything is set up to ensure you can have fun on the water this summer.
