I want to say a huge thank you to everyone on our team for all of their hard work and help today at the 5th Annual The Crawfish Critic Montgomery County cook off! We didn’t win, but for our first competition boil as Lisa Leux’s Crawfish , we placed in the top 15 out of 36 teams! Lisa Barrera and myself are grateful to everyone that came by our tents and supported us today! And to my team, a HUGE thank you! We couldn’t have done this if it wasn’t for all of you!! Joe Tamez, Bill Kindrick, Sheila Kindrick, my beautiful wife and partner Lisa Barrera, thank all of you from the bottom of my heart!!
