Arena recently hosted a celebratory open house at our new corporate office and Central Illinois commissary facility. We want to thank our many supporters who continue to entrust us to provide dining solutions on a daily basis.

We had the honor of hosting students enrolled in the LLCC Culinary Arts and Hospitality Program at our new Springfield production facility.

Our Catering Director, Sean Keeley, led a great discussion about event planning, the importance of teamwork and different career paths a culinary and hospitality student may pursue.

CEO Shaun Moore discussed the various types of work Arena performs and what traits a person must cultivate to be a successful leader in the industry.
