Proud to share a recent project where Arena Food Service served as Consultant and Project Manager for the newly renovated, state-of-the-art nursing home facility operated by the State of Illinois in Quincy.

This complex, time-sensitive engagement required maintaining uninterrupted resident dining while transitioning operations into a new facility. Our team supported staffing, provided interim dietary leadership, implemented new menu and production systems, guided the shift to a resident-focused neighborhood dining model, and coordinated closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget readiness.

We celebrated the Grand Opening with a ceremonial cutting of the bread!

Arena Food Service had the privilege to act as Project Lead for a complete kitchen renovation at a Springfield based elder care facility.

Project included oversight of design and renovation of the existing space to improve capacity and efficiencies, upgraded hood ventilation and production space expansion, spec and procurement of all food service related items and custom stainless steel applications.

Additionally, our firm was tasked with developing and executing an interim dining program to ensure the facility residents received continuous, high-quality dining services for the duration of the 16 week project. This aspect of the project included off-site meal production, coordination of precise delivery schedules and constant communication between all stakeholders.

We would like to thank our rehab partners, Siciliano Construction, B&B Electric, Airmasters Commercial Mechanical Contractor, MJ Kellner equipment division, Evan Lloyd Architects, and The Vollrath Company, L.L.C. for your contribution and dedication to the project.
