Your friendly officiant here. If you were invited to a wedding, whether formally or informally, please let the couple know if you can or cannot make it. The couple has to spend a huge amount of time and money into their wedding to accommodate for the people they’ve invited. While also, seeing not as many people as planned in attendance at their wedding can also cause hurt feelings and relationships.

This was a intimate ceremony I officiated this couple weeks ago. The style is known as a Quaker Wedding. Typically it’s a relaxed gathering where the couple self-unite. But in this ceremony, per the couple’s request, my role was small. I was to help guide the ceremony with simple transitions into each part of the process. A ring warming ceremony took place where everyone held the couple’s rings to pray for and wish great things for the couple. It was a time for reflection, peace and prayer.

This was such a blessing to be a part of! Congratulations again to the Normans!

This is going to be a long post. I've encountered some inquiries in the past, asking me some of the questions in which I will answer below. I'd like to be open to any possible clients looking for information about me before deciding to book me as their officiant.

About Me:
I am 37 years old (sometimes people think I’m much younger. Well, thank you! 😁)

I am a Christian. I guarantee that my faith does not and will not interfere with your beliefs and your ceremony.

As I always say, I support and love all people.

Your wedding day is to be done and customized for YOU.

I am a single parent of an 8 year old. Just that first part alone may disqualify me from being your officiant. And that's okay.

I've never been married. Again that may also disqualify me from being your officiant. And that is okay!

My services are available to everyone! This includes our LGBTQ+ community! And that may disqualify me from being your officiant. That is also okay!

I've been ordained since 2011. I've married over 100 couples and every wedding I've officiated has been a true honor of mine. I love witnessing the intimate moments. It truly brings me great joy!

Being an officiant is not my full-time job. I work as an office manager at a center that provides mental health counseling to combat veterans and their families. With that said, I can still be open to any day or time of the week. I just have to see what my schedule will allow and will also need a good amount of notice.
I have on occasion been able to meet up for some last-minute elopements. So if you need any quick assistance, just reach out and I will see what we can do!

I aim to be affordable and flexible with my services.
