2024 was an incredible year, and I’m so grateful for all the support we’ve received from our community, family, friends, and customers.
This year, we launched our new website, showcasing our food and services and making it easier for you to connect with us. On the competition circuit, we had a strong year, winning the Plant City Pig Jam and earning some calls at other events. We also started serving lunch from our trailer on Tuesdays through Thursdays, which has been a great way to share our BBQ with even more people. One of the highlights of the year was feeding first responders and those affected by this years hurricane victims—something that meant a lot to us.
As we look ahead to 2025, we’ve got big plans. We’re gearing up to offer BBQ classes, take on more catering events, and compete in even more BBQ competitions. And there’s more in the works that we can’t wait to share with you.
