I love mini sunflowers. They are easier to work with and don’t overpower an arrangement. I especially like these Procut Gold Lite sunflowers because the centers are not as dark as other sunflowers, their heads stay upright, and their stems are strong. Tip: You can encourage smaller sunflowers by planting them closer together.

Words can’t really describe how honored I was to arrange flowers for my dear friend Kathy’s daughter’s wedding. Grace was a beautiful bride and had such a great vision for her flowers. Did we really just go straight from Cicadas to Japanese Beetles??!!😱 Have you seen any around your house? I’ve been able to keep them at bay in years past by being diligent, and looking for them every morning for the 3 weeks or so that they stick around. I dispose of the ones I find immediately and that has helped to save my zinnias! What’s next?? 🐞
