Handstands are hit or miss in my practice. Lately I've been playing with the idea of lowering down through a straddle pike. As you can see it's a very new concept. While currently it's a hot mess. It's only temporary. A good reminder to have in life if you find you're self all messy..it's not forever.

I do ALOT of toe tapping, face smashing, oh what if I try this, will this work?, etc. etc. etc. when developing a class or post or whatever.
I am a student and human. I have flaws and I make mistakes. I celebrate the wins and pass judgement on myself and others.
I think it's important to recognize the multifaceted being of who I am..of who we all are. Life is not all sunshine and stardust. Sometimes is f**king hot outside, traffic is ridiculous, and sleep is unattainable.
All of it is life. All of it. Do you embrace who you are?
