Earliest found cave art is tens of thousands of years old. Initial proof of food cultivation is less than 5,000 years old- it's more inherent for humans to express themselves than to eat on the regular. We're the only living creature that creates, it's literally a part of our genetic makeup.

I love technology as much as the next person- but the more advanced it becomes and does things for us, the less we 'do' and it's effecting our core happiness and sense of accomplishment.

When observing your art (or anything else about yourself, for that matter), seek the beauty. The positivity. If there is a negative (trust me your brain will point those out first) then by law of mathematics, there is an equal positive. Find it and celebrate it! (photo by )
