It was brought to my attention today that Amanda’s Kitchen was reported to the city of Stanton for offering catering services. And for selling plates out of my home. I was told I needed to do paperwork and have my home rezoned as a commercial property.
I have decided that I will not be offering catering services anymore .
And the only way I can sell plates from my home is if I’m doing a “fundraiser”.
I will continue with my baked goods as it falls under Texas Cottage Food Laws.
