We coordinated our last wedding for 2024 over the weekend! It has been another amazing year filled with love, laughs, and pure joy for the couples we work with. Can’t wait for what 2025 will bring! 🍾🥂

If you’re getting married indoors in the middle of summer, we recommend using electric candles instead of candles with a flame. These produce way more heat than you’d think! In a hot day, the heat from candles will be tough to battle. Other things to consider with candles is the wind, not only could the wind blow out the candle, it could also cause decor to blow into the candle and catch on fire!

Had a great time at The Ruins! It was like stepping into another world at this Venue, complete with a study, bridal suite, ceremony and reception space! The bonus area was their speakeasy!

BTS: Wedding day lunch sitting in the back of my car while I have a few moments. Some wedding days, I’m lucky if I get to sit down while I eat, other days it’s a quick bite while I’m finishing setting up!
Coordinating Weddings can be exhausting work, but it can also be very rewarding seeing how happy the couple is at the end of the night and knowing that I helped them to enjoy their day to the absolute fullest.
This job ain’t glamorous, but we sure do find a way to make their day glamorous! 🤩🤩

Seating charts can be a real headache, but they aren’t always required. Reserve a couple tables for the immediate family and bridal party and let your guests choose their own seating from there! They might even make some new friends at your wedding!
Pro-tip: Make sure your family and bridal party know the reserved tables are for them!
