When I told them they had to ask their parents first, little Will’s response was “well my dad just died sooo…” I had to laugh, because he was right and it was so matter of factly stated as if I didn’t already know.

Oh Ethan Campbell we will hold onto all of the goofy memories. You are a legend, a “forever” person that just doesn’t get forgotten.

It’s sucky that it took my cousin’s death to get me to make the trip down to Virginia and finally meet these kiddos. Even at a funeral, kids are kids. I brought my kit *just in case* because I knew there would be a bunch of kids. And wow I am so glad I did. When I met his daughter Valerie, she lit up “YOU’RE THE FACE PAINTER” and said all about how she watched my videos with her daddy. (Valerie, if you’re reading this-hi!) My heart that felt empty 10 minutes earlier as the service finished was beginning to fill up. And by the time we were all ready to leave, it was totally full from these sweet cousins (and all the other family I haven’t seen in decades!)

I am confident my cousin Ethan is rejoicing surely in song with guitar, without pain or suffering, in the arms of his savior who he loved and served. And that is that. ☀️

I am considering getting a POS so I can start accepting credit card payments. Up until now, I’ve accepted cash and checks because there is no extra fee to me. I am wondering, would you be willing to pay a fee for the convenience of using your card? Let me know (esp if you’re in business lol) what makes the most sense! 🌸

Ideas:
1. Don’t bother just stick cash and check
2. Add a processing fee when people use cards
3. Increase hourly rates altogether
4. Increase hourly rates, offer cash discount

Thought it would be fun to share the process of .pennstateroom window paint… I am no digital artist, so I am incredibly grateful for lol usually I just sketch in a notebook with colored pencils or my son’s crayola markers 🫣😂

I don’t just show up to a window and start painting. I do other stuff first behind the scenes. Sometimes it comes quickly, other times it doesn’t. And either way, it’s all good! 🥰👩‍🎨🎨🪄
