We hosted a 80th Birthday Party on Saturday. He was so surprised by the number of people that came to see him! We fed them Fried Chicken, Salisbury Steak, Mashed Potatoes green beans and fresh baked yeast rolls!

We catered a beautiful Quinceanera in Charlotte last night. Chicken Cordon Bleu, roasted vegetables, mixed veggies and garlic bread. Kids got chicken tenders and Mac & cheese.
