Praise in the Park Free Gospel Concerts

In June and July Linden Heights Church hosts two free gospel concerts every Tuesday at 7p.m. Concerts are held at Gypsy Hill Park in Staunton, Virginia at the band stand. The bands and singers are from around Virginia and beyond. Local artist and those who travel love the backdrop of our huge park that includes swimming pools, ball fields, train rides, several playgrounds and a beautiful duck pond. Praise in the Park provides concessions including hamburgers, hotdogs, funnel cakes, ice cream, chips, and drinks. Popcorn is also sold and all the proceeds go to a missions effort. If you have prayer concerns we have a prayer wall where many gather to write their prayers. Bring a lawn chair and the family for very special evenings during the summer. Take note we have a Teen Night every season and a children’s activities table every Tuesday night! See Ya At The Park! (Note: It is rain or shine, bring an umbrella! Storms may cancel.)
