Our platter grazing setups are perfect for open house style events, those that don’t have a specific timeline for food. It allows you to set out as much food as you’d like at a time and going back and replenishing with new platters.
This is easily our favorite type of setup as it allows us to setup in under 30 minute!

This baby shower served as a reminder this it is still indeed autumn 🍂 🎃 and not winter ❄️. Sure most of us have started putting up Christmas trees, but the some of us who still have pumpkins on our decks… it’s perfectly acceptable & by some of us I mean me 😆. Who else has pumpkins still out?!

As we wrapped up wedding season for 2023 & I’m looking back at videos and pictures… this kiddo truly stands out!!! My little helper who will do anything for or some 😆.. so so thankful for her. She helps with cleaning, putting stickers, assembling boxes, folding salami, carrying anything & that everything and so much more!!!

A tough conversation with someone who loves to diy EVERYTHING!
As we approach the holidays, this is an important question to ask yourself whether you’re booking for your company or your booking for a family party. These are just some of the reasons you should consider hiring a caterer choose.
The 2 biggest reasons that I can think of to hire a caterer are: access to a variety of food + less food waste.
The latter, one of my biggest pet peeves is food waste! I hate wasting food. I will try to freeze,blend or give to chickens so as not to waste anything! As a professional in this industry, it is important to know, food portions, and just how much to buy for your customers. When you hire a caterer it might be seldom that you’ll have left overs. If that happens with us… our goal has been met.
The former, when you hire a caterer you have the opportunity to have a variety of foods at your party and not worry about all the stops you have to make to pick up items only available at some places.
I could go on & on about pros… but let’s discuss a CON & that’s 💰💰
Grazing tables come with a price tag (we’ll discuss that maybe tomorrow?)
Yes, you will spend more when you hire a caterer. You just have to decide if driving, making a list, going to 1548396 stores, buying a product that only comes in huge quantities, run the risk of having too much or too little food, buying products that you might only use once, prepping food, putting yourself last in terms of getting ready … outweigh that price.

Saturday the 10th was one for the books! We catered six different events & had our favorite girl @makenzicook helping out on the line. A 15 hour day with lots of coffee breaks 🙃
I wish the setup was this fast! Here’s what you don’t see, me looking at the fridge going through a list in my head making sure I didn’t miss anything. Looking at my customers cheese request 50 times, me signing like I’m at karaoke night, & lastly, getting startled every time someone from the kitchen pops in 😆
