Tomorrows free yoga in the Park (8/19) is canceled. I’m sorry for the inconvenience but I got a stomach bug that’s taking me out and I will not be well enough to teach tomorrow morning. I hope to see everyone next weekend on 8/26!

The new schedule is starting next week and that includes MEN’S YOGA Tuesday nights at 6pm! I know there’s a huge stigma that yoga is only for woman BUT I promise you’ll get a great workout with so many different benefits:
1. Enhanced Strength and Flexibility: Being flexible is not a prerequisite to doing yoga. That’s like thinking you need to be strong before lifting weights or thin before eating healthy. Doing yoga will help improve your flexibility and balance, and strengthen your muscles as well.
2. Injury Prevention: Yoga stretches your whole body, helping to gently alleviate the pain you may have in your joints. Since yoga only requires light – though often challenging – poses that help increase strength and flexibility this will more than likely decrease your risk of injury.

There's a few modifications and cancellations in the next few weeks when it comes to the fitness classes. All changes are reflected on the app in real time as well.

Starting Monday July 10th there will be permanent changes. Check out the graphics below! All classes are 45 minutes, and suitable for all levels. $5 per class, $3 for students-- unlimited monthly packages available!

Made to order DIY Kits are now available. I know that time is precious, especially during the summer hours. Order a DIY Kit and you can take the project home with you to complete on your own time. You don’t have to wait for a workshop! Please keep in mind it’ll be a 1 week turn around to get your kit ready for you. I am still cutting everything by hand, and it takes a minute! All current “Pick Your Project” designs are available as a DIY Kit. I’ll be adding more designs over the weekend ;) Check out the website and click on shop!

There have been a lot of questions about pricing. All unlimited memberships are an automatic charge to your card and the 30 days start the day you purchase the membership. It will continue to charge your card every month until you cancel or ask me to do so! Looking forward to seeing you all in class!

Tomorrow marks 6 years in business. It’s absolutely crazy where this journey has taken me. From calligraphy to wood burning to 3D Wood Art and digital design. I have dipped my toes into every creative outlet I could and the best thing I found was myself.

Our first Mommy + Me Yoga class is happening tomorrow from 9:30-10am! It’ll be geared towards elementary aged children and will be offered 1 Saturday a month. Grab a mat and let’s have some chaotic fun! (Picture is a throwback from 5 years ago 🥰)

I had a lofty vision for this space. Big goals and dreams that I didn’t think I was even capable of reaching. I added my moss logo to the statement wall today and it reminded me how dozens of times in the past I’ve done this exact thing for someone else in their own store front… and today it was for ME! ❤️ Grand Opening is next Saturday April 1st from 11-6pm… time to finish all the details!

Challenges, new things, and a new approach to seeing and doing things are what make you jump up and down. These things open wide possibilities, experiences for yourself. These experiences whether positive or negative bring you close to your soul. Your behavior, approach are the products of your experiences. The more you get out of your comfort zone the more you can know yourself better. It would give you the courage to walk on a chosen path like a lion.

Classes start in 1 week!! No experience necessary for any of the classes. I will be offering modifications and also demonstrating all the poses and moves!

Wednesday March 1st (all classes 45 minutes)

5am | YOGA FLOW - vinyasa style flow with traditional yoga poses focusing on flexibility, balance and breath.

4pm | STRONG[HER] - full body workout incorporating strength training exercises, cardio bursts and core engagement

For the last 5 years, I've had this dream of owning my own store front! To be able to offer workshops and classes that would bring the community together through art and movement.
I'm excited to announce that Birdee + Co. will officially be open for classes starting Wednesday March 1st!! I will be offering weekly yoga and strength classes in the space. Over the next month I will be getting the space ready and put together to start offering art workshops in collaboration with my other company . I will also have a small boutique with small gifts, apparel and of course my 3D Wood Art.
