Event planning is all fun and games until it's not...am I right? It can be intimidating hiring a bartending vendor, especially if it's your first time!

Whether it's us or someone else, here are a few tips on what to look for when hiring services for your bar:

1. Ensure their staff is trained and certified, in Texas bartenders must have taken the TABC course for certification. This ensures the bartenders are aware of the specifics of the alcohol laws in your state and understand the importance of responsible serving.

2. They should carry general and liquor liability insurance. Even if the bartending service does not hold its own liquor license it can still carry liquor liability insurance and this is best practice.

We often get asked, what made you want to start this business?

It all started from a fateful walk in the Fort Worth Stockyards. The Hotel Drover was being built, but their ADORABLE bar trailer was already there. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery right?

I (Hannah) looked at my husband (Aaron) and jokingly asked, "do you think you refurbish one?".

If you know my husband, you know the answer was, yes, because he literally is good at everything!

Short story long, we haven't looked back since! We found our little 1980 model Hart gem of a trailer on Facebook Marketplace in the town over and transformed it into our party wagon. Good times have been rolling ever since!

Two weeks ago we had the honor of serving at the Teton Ridge Ranch American Performance Horseman Draft serving up craft Ghostwood Distilling Co. cocktails!

It was an amazing event with the best horsemen and women in the performance horse industry. We’re excited to watch them all compete March 10 at Globe Life Field!
