I say it often but dang I sure do love my home town! Even in the midst of the summer craziness, we had a great night last night in the food trailer outside 281 Bar! The support is always so humbling to me! August will mark one year since purchasing the trailer! We are working on something special in August!

Hey Stickney area. We ended up having some mechanical problems in Sioux Falls with our generator so we are coming home a day early. We will be set up outside 281 bar serving up pulled pork or brisket nachos! 6 PM!

We are now carrying Bam Bam’s BBQ Sauces for sale by the. 20oz jar. Currently stocking Regular and KC Style (this is a little bit sweeter, my personal favorite) This is a South Dakota product and has been a huge hit this summer in the trailer! Stop by the trailer if you wish to take some of this awesome sauce home!

What a great 4th of July! I spent it in my happy place! But after a little work tomorrow I’ll be going off the gird for a little bit for some R&R with my family, and then get ready for a crazy 8 weeks to come. Wow!!!! What a great weekend in Stickney, SD!!!! Huge shout out to the Donnie Days - Stickney, SD committee and the town of Stickney, South Dakota also to everyone that came out to our small town to celebrate! It was bigger and better than we could have ever imagined! A special thanks to everyone who stopped by the food trailer!. Also a huge shout out to my family that helped in the trailer, couldn’t have done it without them! As I always say… Small towns are the best towns!

Can you believe the 2nd annual Donnie Days - Stickney, SD is only a few days away?! Whoofta!!! Saturday we will start the day off with cruch wraps then roll on into ribeye sandwiches or pulled pork nachos and breadsticks with cheese for noon till late into the night! Then Sunday 11-2 roast beef and cheddar sandwiches 🙂 can’t wait to be a part of this amazing event again this year!

What a great week here, Wednesday I spent the day at Platte Livestock and then Saturday at Farm Life Creamery! Thanks to all who helped put it on. also big shout out all who donated to the cooler raffle and all who bought cards and ordered food! With all your help we were able to give over $600 to the Shelby Hohn Family.

After visiting with some of the local businesses in Stickney, South Dakota we have decided to put a “raffle cooler” together with assorted donated items in it with all the proceeds going to the Hohn Family of Dimock. We will be selling cards, on location only. out of the Rollin Smoke trailer at $10 a card and will draw at the end of the Farm Life Creamery event Saturday. All the businesses that participate in donations will be listed after things are collected tomorrow!

The stage has been set! Time to see who is the “big cheese”! We will also be serving pulled pork sandwich with chips and our customer favorite pulled pork nachos with $1 per meal being donated to the Shelby Hohn family to help with expenses.

Really looking forward to being at Farm Life Creamery this Saturday and pairing our smoked pulled pork with Bam Bam’s BBQ Sauces!! With that being said $1 from every meal sold out of the trailer will be going to the Hohn Family to help with the unexpected expenses this family is now dealing with. As I always say “small towns are the best towns”

SOLD OUT!!! What a great day in Corsica SD! Right at 300 meals in under 4 hours! Thanks to the Corsica Commercial Club and the city of Corsica for putting on such a great event! Next Saturday we will be at Farm Life Creamery!

Hey yall!!!!!!! Have you ever tried Bam Bam’s BBQ Sauces?! This stuff is legit and South Dakota owned!!! if you have tried it comment below! My personal favorite is Tangy Carolina but they all are pretty legit! We will be at Farm Life Creamery featuring thier dairy products June 15 at the “big cheese Cookoff” and we will also be offering up smoked pulled pork to purchase from the trailer and we will be featuring 3 flavors of bam bam sauce at our trailer so this will be a great opportunity to try then out! let us know what you think is the best pair… they will also be on location with samples of what they have to offer! I’ll make a post after the event on personal preference and anyone that likes/shares Rollin Smokes page and posts a comment on their favorite sauce will be in the drawing for a Rollin smoke tshirt and a bottle of thier favorite sauce! Let’s go South Dakota!!! Support local and as I always say… small towns are the best towns!!!!
