Description of Glowtronics:
Created 19yrs ago in a Chicago basement built upon the love of the music industry. The main core of Glowtronics has always been based around positive artistic minded people.
Over the years we’ve acquired the tools and developed the skills to become a premium design/print/cut/sew shop allowing us to shape textiles and produce astonishing unique products for the worlds’ largest record labels, artists, musicians, festival and conference vendors/organizers.

Job Description:
Priority #1 @ Glowtronics is finding a +POSITIVE spirited person that loves artwork, music and people.
Keeping a positive and compassionate team environment is very important to us!

You will need to be meticulous with data entry and preferably have a minimum of five years experience with account management activities including invoices, POs, quotes, shipping and working with clients.

You must be able to problem solve both individually and with a team, have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the motivation to work independently with minimum supervision.

As our account manager you will be responsible for maintaining our client’s overall satisfaction and success, cultivating and growing client relationships. Our clients are the lifeblood of our company and we are looking for someone who would be proud and knowledgeable to represent Glowtronics and our products.

Most of your time will be focused on managing client relationships and business needs, as well as understanding production timelines. You will have the opportunity to help improve the efficiencies of processes and ways of working. We will rely on you to build the future of this department and sit at the table to help elevate Glowtronics to the next level.

• Invoicing
