We are looking to head to North Carolina with my food truck. Leaving Monday the 14th serving 3,000 meals Tuesday-Thursday. Prayers appreciated this will take LOTS of prep work to get ready! If anyone is wanting to help with prep work next week or help financially reach out to me. We had this jar on Friday, the support has been amazing already. Every penny goes to support NC if we get extra money, we will hand it out to people, or donate it to a church or trusted organization down there.
Here is what 3,000 chipotle bowls look like:
1,000 pounds chicken
Marinade supplies for chicken
200 pounds pork
450 pounds rice
60 gallons black beans
300 pounds shredded cheese
22 gallons salsa
18 gallons corn salsa
15 boxes lettuce
300 pounds sour cream
15 gallons chipotle sauce
8 bags charcoal

100 gallons water to cook
3,000 bowls, forks, napkins

Jugs of gas to run generator
Lots of ice chests for frozen meat
Plans are to grill meat & freeze making the process to serve at the destination easier.

The support is amazing! The plans are being formed tonight & already we have:
6,000 cookies, donated by the Amish ladies in Missouri.
600 pounds of chicken & 100 pounds of pork coming from Missouri. 2 pallets of bottled water.
Plans are a team of people from Missouri will meet us there to help cook & serve.
2 nurses will be on that team. 🙌 🙌
