Thankful for the opportunity to cater lunch today for the good people of PENZKE, courtesy of CMD BOX TRUCK REPAIR AND COLLISION, who entrusted us with the task of cooking it up and feeding the staff. Early Thanksgiving Celebration... why not... every day is a day to be thankful for.

Today was LowCountry Orthopaedics at Tricom St in North Charleston turn and the Summerville Location at East 3rd North St to be Catered. Blessed to have the people that work here take care of all my Orthopaedic and Surgical needs. Nothing motivates and inspires a cook like people raving about his food and getting compliments... but to God be the Glory!

Thankful and Greatful for the opportunity to cook and feed the Staff from the Surgical Center at Lowcountry Orthopaedics at their Springview Location in Summerville and one my Surgeons.. Dr. J and his PA Justin... God Is Good! MENU? GARLIC Mashed Potatoes, Meatloaf, some Baked Garlic Chicken (for those that don't eat Red meat) Some yellow Spanish Rice w Beans, Corn and Gravy! EMPLOYEE CHRISTMAS EVENT 2019 FOR LOWES IN SUMMERVILLE FOR 250 EMPLOYEES. 14 HRS NON STOP IN THE KITCHEN ALONE BEFORE GOING TO SET UP AND ATTEND THE EVENT. HAVENT HAD THAT MUCH FUN SINCE... (Well yes I have... just not in the kitchen.. LOL)
