You've been asking...here's a quick peek into the current state downstairs of the future Peacock Palazzo 💔
- extensive water damage (upstairs is even worse)
- black mold and mildew
- asbestos and lead paint
- animal inhabitants and lots and lots of f***s
- ransacked furnishings and belongings
- stripped plumbing and electrical
The structure has now been boarded up and the entrances secured. We hope to start tarping the holes in the roof soon to prevent further water damage.
In the long run, we will be restoring the original brick, and hopefully the staircase and some original hardwood floors. Unfortunately as you can see here, the rest of the property will be a complete gut.
