Bought a little over 4lb chuck roast from Semiema Farms LLC. Pressure cooker with carrots and potatoes. Awesome! Roast had a great flavor!

Well no matter how much I want to keep this a secret, just ate some beef ribs from Semiema Farms LLC. OMG! Please support this local business. Certified Black Angus. Grass feed. Can't wait to try sirloin steak. The ones I remember when my daddy got them from Roy's Butcher Shop. Stay tune!!!

Big Jon’s BBQ is a small business owned by Jonathan and Lisa Scott. We strive to give people the best service we possibly can. We do more than just BBQ, we even do vegetarian Events. We can do whole meals or heavy hors d’oeuvres. We do whole hogs, butts, ribs, chicken, and many sides. Big Jon’s BBQ Catering Company is a small family owned business where there is no event too large or too small. Just give us a call and we will make you a great deal.

Jonathan and I started cooking in the just for fun BBQ Competitions then went on to Professional Competition. We love to cook and see the smiles on people’s faces when they eat our food. We have traveled the GBA, FBA, KCBC, and Memphis BBQ circuits for several years.

We have been catering for almost two years now and have many weddings, reunions, rehearsal dinners, in our portfolio.
