BMK'ers.....the holidays are right around the corner. We're smelling pumpkin spice everywhere we go, and I actually saw Christmas and Hanukkah decor, a few days ago.....so let's be real. You need party food, and you know it 🤣

Don't hesitate to book us now for your holiday needs! Office parties, meetings, get togethers.....we are working incredibly hard through the rest of the year. Our last day of service for the season is going to be on Friday December 20th.

PLEASE READ.

This is no joke.

We are SO tired of this.

This has been going on for a few years, and King County Health, does absolutely nothing about it. They are fully aware.

We pay our taxes, we have all
of the licensing and permits we need, we do what we need to do to run a legit business and those of us that do so, get nit picked.

Meanwhile, you bring evidence to them of the illegal food carts, photos and all, dates time, etc. and they just turn a blind eye. Not a care in the world.

Im over it. Those of us in the food industry have had enough.

These carts have ZERO hand wash stations, food is left out for hours with no refrigeration and it’s the same “ring” of people, from CA to WA, doing this.

The businesses outside of Climate Pledge Arena, T-Mobile Park, and Lumen Field are fed up. This is hurting them as well!

Please help us as an industry, by speaking up. Maybe it will take hundreds of calls and emails to make a difference. Better yet, maybe when someone gets sick from these people, the county will suddenly pay attention 🙄

BMkers, let’s talk about milkshakes for a minute.

Let us tell you a story….

So 8 years ago, when the design for this truck came to fruition, we wanted it to be something fun, and nostalgic, hence the design we have. At the time, we were supposed to have milkshakes.

The equipment was ordered. The wrap was ready to go. We decided on putting the wrap on first before installing all@of the equipment.

We were supposed to have a shake machine. The same type of Taylor shake/ice cream machine that I used to make shakes with, when I was a teenager. This thing was $9,000, and I couldn’t have been more excited!

So we drop the truck off, wrap gets done from our friends at , and it came out perfect! Next step was having the kitchen installed. We were told everything was there and ready to go. Truck goes in for install and every piece of equipment makes it, except, the shake machine. The manufacturer said 3 more days. Those 3 days turned into 9 months and I had to fight to get my money back….

So that’s why you see “milkshakes” on the truck. Reggie is a liar mouth, but has good reason.

It’s $6k to remove it, so it’s more cost effective to just tell you all the story 😂

When we are ready to get a new wrap, I’m making sure it’s taken off 😎

BMKers.....It's no secret.....it's hot 🥵🤣

We shall see you tonight at Cockrell Hard Cider in Puyallup from 4-7pm......but there's one little side note. We will have burgers and chips, and ice cold sodas! We need to keep the deep fryer and sandwich press off, because if not, it gets hotter than satans bath water behind the grill and Im not down for it 😂

Last night it was 114° back there, and tonight is going to be hotter....
