What started as a bed and breakfast dream for innkeepers, Richard and Ellen Mixon, soon grew into a simply beautiful wedding and special event venue, now known as River Rest Weddings. This growth was the result of engaged couples showing interest in having their weddings hosted outside in a privately-owned, park-like setting with the picturesque view of Lake Logan Martin in the background. With the addition of Dee Wilson’s extensive experience in event management, the River Rest Weddings’ team is now ready to provide you with the highest quality of customer service on your special day.
