Job Title: Balloon Shop Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Balloon Shop Assistant to join our team at QSA Balloons. The ideal candidate will have a passion for balloons, creativity and outstanding customer service skills. This is a dynamic role that requires a lot of energy, enthusiasm and a high attention to detail.

As a Balloon Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and arranging balloons for different events such as parties, weddings and corporate events.

• Providing advice and support to customers on balloon arrangements and decorations

• Maintaining the shop displays and ensuring that all merchandise is accurately priced and displayed

• Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner

• Keeping track of inventory levels and placing orders when necessary

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred

• A passion for balloons and event decor

• Excellent customer service skills

• A high level of creativity and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be reliable and punctual

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
