Exciting Updates and We Want to Hear from You!

Hey y’all! As we get ready to open Southern Sage Kitchen & Market, I wanted to keep you in the loop and hear from you about what you want to see from us when we’re up and running.

First up—Saturday breakfast? We’ve all been there: it’s Saturday morning, and the local fast food drive-thru is packed. We’re thinking about offering a quick and delicious Saturday breakfast options at Southern Sage —a perfect way to grab something fresh on the go without waiting in those long lines. What kind of breakfast items would you like to see? Let us know your favorites, and we’ll do our best to include them!

And while we’re transitioning into our new space, our regular rotating menu is on pause, but I’m still here and still cooking! If you’re craving a meal (or meals), whether it’s lunch/dinner for the family or catering for an event, just message or call me, and I’ll take care of you. We’ll also have full online ordering available soon for your convenience.

Sunday mornings are for family, comfort, and good food. This morning, our table was filled with poached eggs over creamy Nora Mill cheddar grits and crispy bacon—a simple, hearty breakfast made with love. 🍳🧀🥓

We also had the honor of preparing a special slider tray for a very special family. It featured truffle everything bagel slider rolls and a spread of deli fixings for fresh, made-to-order bites. In times of loss, food is one of the ways we show love and support, and our deepest condolences go out to them. 💛

A huge thank you to the Bremen Police Department for allowing Southern Sage to cater your event today! It was an absolute honor to serve the men and women who work so hard to protect and serve our community.

Seeing so many familiar faces reminded me of my time working as the Parental Accountability Court Coordinator in Polk and Haralson County. Those years gave me a deep appreciation for the dedication of our law enforcement and public service workers, and now, I get to give back in the best way I know how—through food.

I will always be grateful for the opportunity to serve those who serve us. Thank you for all you do! 💙🚔

We’ve got a delicious lineup coming your way next week, and we’re teaming up with Sweet Sam’s for some extra sweet treats! Here’s what’s on the menu:

🥩 Beef Stuffed Burrito – Seasoned beef, Spanish rice, black beans, and cheese wrapped in a warm tortilla, served with salsa and sour cream.
