Hello book babes!
Tomorrow marks exactly one month until Chapter 2! Eeeeek! As we are finalizing last minute details to bring you guys the best experience we are opening up the application for volunteers! This link is a form to the application to be a volunteer for a minimum of two hours each day during the Thursday set up (10am-5pm), the Friday registration process/convention (9am-2pm), and Saturday registration, convention, and break down (8am-7pm).

If you are planning to attend as a volunteer, please fill out the form below. We will need a firm answer on your status as a volunteer by April 25, 2023. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to DM Jordan or Bethany. Or you can email us at [email protected].

Pen Pals! Great news! The first wave of emails will be sent tomorrow evening! However, I have sent a final email requesting those who have not sent me their preferred name to do so. For those that have not sent me this information, this is your last chance to remain a participant in the pen pal program. If I do not have your preferred name by 5 PM EST tomorrow 4/17/23 you will be removed from the program. I need this name to move forward with the pairing process. Tickets go on sale TOMORROW, Friday October 14th at 9:30am PDT/ 12:30pm EDT.

Our Newsletter regarding ticket sales with the Eventbrite link has been emailed! If you didn’t receive the email, don’t fret. The link has also been posted on our website right below the countdown clock! Please please please review the information on the ticket page before purchasing.

Each guest is able to check out with 5 tickets. If you are purchasing for other guests, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FILL OUT THEIR INFORMATION (FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, AND THEIR EMAIL) IN THE REGISTRATION PORTION OF THE TICKET. DO NOT USE YOUR OWN NAME FOR EACH TICKET.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION STORED IN PAYPAL FOR A QUICK CHECKOUT. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND DISABLING YOUR AD POP-UP BLOCKER AS IT MAY CAUSE ISSUES AT CHECKOUT.
