2. Are the face paints safe for children and adults?
Yes, I use high-quality, hypoallergenic, FDA-compliant paints and materials that are safe for all ages. They are water-based and easy to remove with soap and water.
3. How long does it take to paint a face?
It depends on the design's complexity. Simple designs may take 3-5 minutes, while detailed full-face designs can take 10-15 minutes.
4. Can you do face painting at large events?
Absolutely! I’ve worked at festivals, corporate events, and other large gatherings. For high-volume events, I can offer a selection of quick designs to ensure everyone gets painted.
5. How do you ensure hygiene?
I follow strict hygiene practices, including cleaning brushes and sponges between clients and using separate applicators for each person when necessary.
6. Can you paint over makeup or sunscreen?
For the best results, I recommend a clean, dry face. Makeup or sunscreen can affect how the paint adheres to the skin.
7. Do you only paint children?
Not at all! Face painting is fun for all ages, and I love painting adults too, whether for events, festivals, or themed parties.
8. Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, I am fully insured for all the services I provide.
9. What happens if someone has sensitive skin or an allergic reaction?
Although I use hypoallergenic paints, I recommend a patch test for anyone with sensitive skin. If a reaction occurs, I will immediately remove the paint and recommend rinsing the area with water.
10. How far in advance should I book?
To secure your preferred date and time, it’s best to book at least 2-4 weeks in advance. However, I may be available for last-minute bookings, so feel free to ask!
11. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. This ensures your date and time are reserved exclusively for you.
12. How do I remove the face paint?
Simply use warm water and mild soap. A soft washcloth can help gently remove any residual paint.
13. Can you match my event theme?
Absolutely! Let me know your theme, and I can create designs to complement it.
14. Do you travel for events?
Yes, I’m happy to travel to your event location. Travel fees may apply for events outside a certain radius.
