REASON??? Because UNFORTUNATELY pricing for supplies & ingredients change so often that last weeks price isn't today's.

I will provide quotes to all orders individually at the time of placing your order based on current prices.

If you wait to long to finalize and prices go up...GUESS WHAT? That quote won't be valid anymore AND i will have to requote you.

The majority of the Desserts i offer will not be changing that much. What will be the most affected is usually the Food Trays & Platters.

I know it sucks for us all. When and IF this economy stabilizes a bit more than I'll be able to have a better pricing system but for now I have to work with we are all dealt with. Unfortunately, I have to adjust in order to make it worth my time..because let's face it NO ONE DOES THIS FOR FREE.

So I will and can provide a digital list of what I offer but pricing will not be reflected in that list.

Keep in mind that although I'm still here.. I am cutting down on the Catering orders I accept, so please make sure you inbox me to inquire whether or not I can fulfill your order.

I appreciate the understanding and flexibility all my customers have shown me. I'm thankful that so far everyone has been OK with my "not so new policy".

January = my son's bday..that will ALWAYS mean it's time for his traditional Chocolate Reeses or Butterfinger cake. I bake it for him every year..near or far..he gets his cake.
