We love it when our CajunQue fam comes up with new combo ideas for our food. I think this one is a keeper. From one of our fans at the Adrenaline Bike Works Jump Jam on Saturday - Smoked Cajun Sausage, slow smoked pulled pork, and our tangy mustard slaw under one roof. It truly brings the Cajun & Que together. If only we had a name for this beast….

Big news CajunQue fam! LaDeaux’s is partnering with Concession Nation Inc to build a killer mobile kitchen equipped with an arsenal of gear to create the foods you love. It will be one of the first in the industry that is totally battery AND solar powered! it’s been in the works for quite some time but we finally dialed it in and pulled the trigger today! Stay tuned!!!

Who's ready for some CajunQue! LaDeaux's will be at Adrenaline Bike Works Mount Dora tomorrow Saturday 12/14 for the 2024 JumpJam! The weather will be perfect and ABW has some awesome contests lined up, tasty brews, and tons of killer gear just in time for Christmas.

LaDeaux's Bayou Kitchen & Smokehouse will be serving up some slow smoked pulled pork and offering some cajun guest stars for the event - Boudin Balls and Cajun Pork Sausage. Get there early and you might score some fresh beignets! They run out quick ;)!

Just Confirmed. .djfreon will be here throwing down for Saturday and Monsters going be on scene with free samples and swag. Make sure you plan to be here.

We will have our hand rolled beignets and boudin balls cooked fresh and ready to eat. All other items are frozen for you to take home and enjoy at your leisure.

*Hand crafted Pepper Jack Boudin Balls
*Traditional Boudin Balls
(Both are cooked to order with Cajun remoulade sauce and sprinkled with fresh scallions)

* Hand cut Buttermilk Beignets smoothered in powdered sugar and your choice of Carmel, Chocolate or Rasberry Drizzle.

Happy Monday LaDeaux’s fam! We’re looking to add a funny slogan to our next order of shirts and need your help! If you know us, you know we’re all about family, cooking good food, eating good food and joking around….. and boy do we love a good prank!!!

Anyway, we’re looking for a few (preferably funny) slogans that represent our brand. Winner will get a free T-shirt with their slogan on it!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 So come on y’all let’s have some fun and get those Cajun-Que juices flowing.

Y’all come see us this Sunday from 9 am - 2 pm at the Mount Dora Village Market. We offer a limited menu as all of our items are handcrafted from scratch, come see us before we sell out!

This week’s craft menu consists of:

* Crawfish Pie
* Farm Fresh Quiches (Ham, Bacon or Andouille Sausage)
* Crawfish Bisque
* Gumbo (Shrimp, Chicken and Andouille)
* Crawfish Étouffée
* Shrimp Étouffée
* Slow Smoked Pulled Pork, and
* Creole Butter Infused Pulled Chicken

Our meats come with your choice of custom sauce (Tangy Mardi Gras Mustard, Big Easy Sweet, Sinner & Saint Sauce, or Voodoo Vinegar).

We package and freeze our items for you to reheat and enjoy at home on your schedule.

We will also be serving HOT handmade beignets loaded with powdered sugar and your choice of drizzle (handcrafted pepper jelly, rasberry reduction, salted caramel and chocolate).
