"When the sun is shining, you can do anything; no mountain is too high, no trouble is too difficult to overcome." . Let’s keep our faces to the sunshine and so we won't be overcome by the dark, the challenges.

As a florist, I've been inconsistent with having flowers in my own house. When I do, I'm so grateful for the smile they bring. They give me a boost! Fancy that!

My grandfather was my cheerleader and sent me notes of positive quotes like the one I quoted above. Towards the end of his life I loved sending them back to him, and sending him flowers too.
