Story time! So we were at a clients house today setting up for a grad party and it just so happened they were mom and dad’s old neighbors. So I took the opportunity for a nostalgia trip. When dad started Davis Tent and Table just over 10 years ago, these were the two sheds we ran all of our rental equipment out of at the time. Both are about 12x10 sheds. The first one was on the property when mom and dad bought it back in 2008 and the second one, believe it or not, was an old chicken coop that me and dad modified to be a shed that we needed at the time back in 2014. Besides the one trailer dad had at the time, this was all we had to keep about 200 some chairs, 60 tables, and the 5 or so tents we had at the time. It took me back to when dad was new to the business and me constantly telling my dad after numerous times of just me and my sister helping him set up tents that I would never buy into the business… boy was I WRONG! It’s crazy to think we’ve more than doubled our rental inventory in that time frame. It was a great chance to reflect on the past, be thankful for all that we’ve accomplished in 10 years, and be hopeful for the future of the company. Thank you to all that have supported and believed in us during this journey!

We are happy to announce that Anna Venice from Temperance, Michigan is our winner of our contest from the trade fair. We were giving a tent or a bounce house rental for the day as our giveaway. Happy Tuesday Everyone! We are working hard getting ready for the upcoming season! As we strive to make your experience with Davis Tent and Table a good one, we are always brainstorming new ideas to help make our customers happy. This season we would like to offer a clean up after your party. For a fee, we would clean up under the tent and haul away your garbage. We know some parties tend to run late which can make it hard to clean up that night or the next morning before we pick up the tent. We would love your feedback on this idea to see if it is something our customers will want or need. Message us here with your thoughts!

Christmas came early for Davis Tent and Table this year as today we took delivery of 2 brand new 20x20 tents and 1 brand new 20x30 tent with sides, poles, and stakes! Big thanks to Moonwalk USA out of Livonia, MI for all their help with this large purchase. Look for these beautiful tents to be in our line up for next season!

Happy October! Just a few reminders. The last date for our outside party rentals will be October 31st. We still have some dates available for October. Our tables and chairs will still be available for indoor rentals and are great for your holiday parties! Our inflatable bounce houses can be rented for indoor use all year long!
