THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for allowing me time away this past week and a half to celebrate our middle baby turning the big six and also the time to teach my kindergarten cooking class. Soup:
Vegetarian or andouille sausage gumbo $14 (feeds 2-3)
Beef bourguignon soup (feeds 2-3) $14
BOWLS:
Power bowl with roast sweet potato, kale, jar Elise’s onions, roasted beets, carrots, Brussels and cauliflower over lentils and brown rice with a sweet tahini dressing. $14
Miso ramen bowl with ginger, corn, shredded roast carrots, garlic, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, and egg in a soy miso broth $14
BREAKFAST
Vegetarian or bacon and ham breakfast burritos

Individual oat berry crisp parfait with house made vanilla yogurt and vanilla and almond granola AND NOW chocolate chunk granola $3/each
Salads (feeds 2-3)
Farm Stand salad with arugula, romaine, feta, strawberries, blueberries, toasted pistachios, shaved red onion, and croutons $12 add chicken for $2
Chicken or Cauliflower “sandwich” salad with romaine, hard boiled eggs, pickled red onions, roasted beets, cucumbers, croutons and a housemade ranch
Main entree options this week:
•Crispy garbanzo and chipotle toasted cauliflower street tacos
•Indian butter chicken or roasted vegetable over brown rice
• Pecan crusted pork tenderloin with a cranberry glaze
•teriyaki chicken or eggplant meatballs over a charred cabbage and pineapple slaw
• FULL FAMILY SIZE savory (ham, caramelized onions, and sundried tomato) or sweet berry and mascarpone bread pudding $25
SIDES
• caprese pesto orzo bake
•Vegetable fried rice and fried egg
•Pan seared brussels and green beans in a white wine vinaigrette
•Whipped twice baked potatoes
•drunken balsamic and red wine mushrooms

BUILD A MEAL!
You will have 4 main entrees to choose from and then two additional sides to add to your entree.
Each meal is $12 (unless additional protein is added)
You can choose to buy your meal as a family style with one main entree (32oz) and 2 family sides (16oz each) for $25
Or this week an entire savory or sweet bread pudding pie for $25/each
