We are looking to hire 5 to 6 people for the Crawfish season. The venue is in Spring close to 99 and Rayford. It will start as a weekend only job with the potential to be Thursdays and Fridays as well as the season progresses.

We’re looking for cashiers, order prep staff and maybe a cook (prefer to have crawfish experience.) Please message me for interview details as we are looking to get interviews done this week.

It is that time of year again where we start prepping for crawfish cookoff season and looking for sponsors❗️

This year instead of doing different tiers we are selling 16 spots that will all look like the Silver Option on previous year banners!

How do we promote you❓
1. Your company information is proudly shown on our banner which is at all cookoffs, caterings etc. and exposed to the roughly 20,000 people we will serve over the next couple months.

2. New this year! Your company information will be printed on all of our shirts which will be worn at all events including our new weekend venue!!

3. New this year! Tshirts will also be available to purchase when we are cooking at Community Fieldhouse!

4. Social media post and shoutouts

5. You as the owner will receive 5% off all orders placed with us this year!

Working on our menu for 2025 season at the new venue, and to answer a question I have already had atleast a dozen times yes our famous award winning Cajun Elote will be on the menu!!

So my question: What is something that you like in a Cajun boil that you don’t see on most menus?

We have some exciting news that will be announced in the upcoming month, but in the meantime we need to start interviewing to hire approximately 8-10 people to work weekends Mid February/March through the end of May.

It will be weekly pay with full tip share. We are not ready to disclose the venue name yet, but will be in the Spring Tx area and is a family friendly venue.

Thank you to all our friends, family and followers who served for our great country!

Crawfish season is coming soon! Hearing rumors of a few places opening up in the next couple weeks as it is already looking to be an excellent harvest year!

For us we have received a few request for caterings in 2025 with two dates already booked so please reach out if you have interest in having a private boil! Anything from 150lbs to 1000+ lbs for companies, birthday parties, or just a good ol crawfish celebration with friends! Let’s do it!

Additionally, hoping to have an important meeting this week that could change the direction for us slightly. Super excited!

Well the time has come for us to put away our Crawfish pots for the 2024 season! It hasn't been the easiest year, but it by far was one of the best! Cant wait to see what 2025 has instore for us!
