Thank you to all our friends, family and followers who served for our great country!

Crawfish season is coming soon! Hearing rumors of a few places opening up in the next couple weeks as it is already looking to be an excellent harvest year!

For us we have received a few request for caterings in 2025 with two dates already booked so please reach out if you have interest in having a private boil! Anything from 150lbs to 1000+ lbs for companies, birthday parties, or just a good ol crawfish celebration with friends! Let’s do it!

Additionally, hoping to have an important meeting this week that could change the direction for us slightly. Super excited!

Well the time has come for us to put away our Crawfish pots for the 2024 season! It hasn't been the easiest year, but it by far was one of the best! Cant wait to see what 2025 has instore for us!

We had an excellent boil yesterday with the Cannon family who won our giveaway boil earlier this year!! This is our second year cooking for them, and they do a theme each year. This years was space cowboys! Always a blast cooking for them!
