Just loved these Clowns last night at my event for . I wish I could’ve watched the Le Petite Cirque show but someone had to make sure that over 2,000 appetizers went out properly!

It was an honor to be given the opportunity to do an intimate Ladies Luncheon at Bohams Auctions in Hollywood yesterday. It brought back memories when I worked for my own family’s Auction House many years ago. This auction house used to be Butterfield & Butterfield, if anyone remembers them. Swipe to see all the photos. We served a couple passes appetisers. A Peanut & Mango-Curried Chicken on Crispy Wontons with Mango Mousse & our signature Ahi Tuna Tartare with Avocado & Wasabi on Crispy Wontons. Our Roasted Maple Carrot-Ginger Soup with Toasted Pepitas Seeds & Chives was a big hit. The salads were Wine & Herb Poached Salmon Nicoise & Pistachio Crusted Chicken Cobb.
