It was an honor to be given the opportunity to do an intimate Ladies Luncheon at Bohams Auctions in Hollywood yesterday. It brought back memories when I worked for my own family’s Auction House many years ago. This auction house used to be Butterfield & Butterfield, if anyone remembers them. Swipe to see all the photos. We served a couple passes appetisers. A Peanut & Mango-Curried Chicken on Crispy Wontons with Mango Mousse & our signature Ahi Tuna Tartare with Avocado & Wasabi on Crispy Wontons. Our Roasted Maple Carrot-Ginger Soup with Toasted Pepitas Seeds & Chives was a big hit. The salads were Wine & Herb Poached Salmon Nicoise & Pistachio Crusted Chicken Cobb. Kitchen project almost done. Just need window treatments. I’m very happy to have way more prep space and a lot more cabinet space. I put a prep sink in the bar with a garbage disposal for Veggies only. Love it!!’ The cabinet color shows different here then it looks in person.

We were back at with some of our Fall inspired goodies including a bountiful Charcuterie Board and delicious mini desserts made by my favorite Pastry Chef Jody Hardin of 2nd photo is the board we made last year when we did Alexandra Rae’s Grand Opening to her Design Studio. It’s always a win-win to serve our food to all these talented Interior Designers in the area. Woman’s Business supporting other women & men’s is very rewarding.
