I just seen a tip that I absolutely love: When giving bridesmaid proposals, put a letter of expectations in the box, envelope or bag, whatever that may look like. I think it would make a huge difference if everyone is on the same page from the start. Not everyone can afford or have the time to give you that you need for your special day, they may enjoy being your guests to events instead.

Hello! My name is Abbagale Hinton and I have recently started my own business. I have been working with Judy Enders to learn some trades of the business and also have been helping with managing The Venue at Old 30. I’m looking forward to working with many more people in the future with planning their events.

What got me interested in event planning? I’ve always enjoyed planning everything that I do or helping to plan parties for other people. When it comes to planning, I’m a lists kind of girl 🙂 I also planned and decorated the majority of my own wedding last year and I just fell in love with it even more. I can’t wait to help someone else’s big day be a success!

I’m currently taking new clients. I offer a free consultation where we sit down, talk about your event (whether it be a community event, wedding, birthday party, retirement party…etc), get some ideas flowing and go from there.

Since I am building my business, I am currently offering Wedding Day Coordination for $200 and full wedding planning for $400, this offer is good until July 11th. I’m looking for a couple parties to do as well. I’m looking for a 1st birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, and community event. The only costs to you are the supplies needed to do the party, you will not be charged for my time. Send me a message or email if you are interested and we can speak further.
