It’s a grilled pork tenderloin that’s been marinated in my signature marinade and it includes smoked green beans and Cajun roasted potatoes featuring my homemade cajun seasoning! Today is the day! Stop by The Love Bug Food Truck & Cafe and try one of my new specials featuring smoked pulled pork!

The first special is a BBQ baked potato.
It’s a potato stuffed with Mac and cheese topped with pulled pork. Then it’s covered in your choice of either sweet heat BBQ sauce or Maple Bourbon BBQ sauce.

The second special is a BBQ sundae!
It is Mac and cheese, pulled pork, and coleslaw served side by side. Then it’s covered in your choice of bbq sauce and a side of Texas toast.
