We will work one on one with you to tailor a menu that fits both your theme and your budget. is different and we offer full table service, buffet only service, as well as simply "drop off" service. We also have party platters that are perfect for office meetings, parties and even as gifts. Thanks to the White and Wilson families for letting us cater your rehearsal dinner and reception! For the rehearsal dinner we served chicken Alfredo, lasagna, roasted veggies and salad. Dessert was cheesecake and chocolate cobbler. The reception featured our fruit/veggie/cheese display with hor d'oeurves such as philly cheesesteak sliders, fried chicken sliders, brisket sliders, shrimp cocktail, smoked sausage, Mexican street corn, spinach dip and lots of other goodies! Thanks to the Bolin family for letting us cater your rehearsal dinner and reception! At the rehearsal dinner we served a tossed salad, baked potato bar with pulled pork, brisket, grilled chicken and tons of toppings and cheesecake and banana pudding for dessert. At the reception we served turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, mac and cheese, cranberry sauce and yeast rolls. For dessert we served several desserts including apple pie, pecan pie and peach cobbler shooters. Congratulations, guys!!

Thanks to the Alexander family for letting us cater your reception! An amazing outdoor reception at their home in Martin. Guests had a lot of choices for dinner! We served pork loin sliders, cornbread brisket sliders, ham and cheese on Hawaiian rolls, chicken, beef and cheese quesadillas, smoked sausage, sweet and spicy meatballs, buffalo chicken dip, honey whipped ricotta with candied bacon on bruschetta, rotel, salsa, tons of fruits, veggies, chips, chocolate cobbler shooters, crackers, breads, pretzels, multiple fruit carvings and more.
