Thanks to the White and Wilson families for letting us cater your rehearsal dinner and reception! For the rehearsal dinner we served chicken Alfredo, lasagna, roasted veggies and salad. Dessert was cheesecake and chocolate cobbler. The reception featured our fruit/veggie/cheese display with hor d'oeurves such as philly cheesesteak sliders, fried chicken sliders, brisket sliders, shrimp cocktail, smoked sausage, Mexican street corn, spinach dip and lots of other goodies! At the rehearsal dinner we served a tossed salad, baked potato bar with pulled pork, brisket, grilled chicken and tons of toppings and cheesecake and banana pudding for dessert.
