Sadly, I will not be doing Thanksgiving meals this year. Working more than full time makes it hard to fit in cooking. Potentially doing Christmas meals, it just depends on what days I get off for the holidays. Will post an update regarding Christmas in a week or so.
Christmas menu for anyone that may still be interested. I’ll be taking limited orders. Pick up on the 22nd or 23rd from noon to 6pm each day.
For everyone that’s been asking, yes, I’ll be doing Christmas meals again this year but taking a limited quantity of them. I’ll have them menu posted in the next few days and will begin taking orders when it’s posted. Thanks for all of your continued support!
Update: some people have been asking about purchasing sides separately. All sides feed 6-8 and are packaged family style. Here’s the individual pricing for them:
Stuffing - $12
Mashed potatoes & Gravy - $10
Mac & Cheese - $13
Corn - $8
Green bean casserole - $12
Pies - $12 each
Rolls - $8
Cranberry Relish - $10
Beef tenderloin - $75 (roughly 1/2 per person)
Turkey - $25 ( 1 1/2 pounds per person)
If anyone is still thinking about Thanksgiving meals, here’s my menu for this year. Keeping it pretty simple and traditional. I’ll be taking very limited orders this year as I already have an order for meals for 100 people. Please, no off menu substitutions. If you want to swap a side out for something that is on the menu or double up that is fine. Orders due by this Sunday at 5pm. Pick-up on the 22nd or 23rd from noon-6pm each of those days.

It’s been a busy few days this week with lots of catering going on. Here’s a few pictures of some meals from this week! Lasagna, chicken Alfredo, corned beef casserole, enchiladas and tamales. Everything homemade from scratch!
Instead of doing individual meals this week, I’ll be doing family 4 packs. This week is Lebanese and comes with plenty of food and favorites. This meal pack is designed to feed 4 people, or if you’re ordering for 2, you’ll have leftovers/extras! Packs are $40 and as always will be plenty of food!
They *almost* look too good to eat. You’re missing out if you didn’t order this week!
This weeks meal is something a little different. Going to be making Philly cheesesteak stuffed shells. All meals come with a house salad and garlic bread. For dessert is a lemon blueberry cheesecake! Meals are $16 including dessert or $13 without dessert. Don’t miss out on this one!

Last minute post for tomorrow’s meal. I will be doing smoked bbq pork ribs ( approximately 5 bones per order!)along with baked beans, coleslaw and a piece of cornbread don’t miss out on some great Ribs smoked for hours until they fall off the bone! Meals are $15, place your order now!

After a bit of a hiatus I’m glad to announce that I am back to taking orders and doing meals. To kick things off, this weeks meal is definitely one I get a lot of compliments on! Be sure to add on dessert, some of the best baklava around! Meals are $15 per order and as always come with a generous portion!
Mini Khalua cheesecakes topped with whipped cream, an espresso bean and coca powder! They came out pretty good and I’ve got a few dozen left if anyone’s interested. If not I guess I’ll just have to eat them all!
Fish fry again Friday! 3 pieces of crispy fish w/tarter sauce, steak fries, hush puppies and close slaw all for $10!
Tomorrow’s meal will be fish and chips with Fridays being the go to meal this time of year. Fish will be cod and then option of either fries or hush puppies for a side along with homemade coleslaw. Meals are $10 and come with 3 pieces of fish plus your choice of side.
What do you do when you’ve got a craving for Chinese but no one is delivering? Make your own, of course. Homemade spicy Mongolian beef with rice for dinner.
