Today is the day! Our friend just posted the set he has planned and god damn, what a collection of tunes spanning and .glowsticks . This should be one of those nights that we’ll be talking about for a while. No one is as sincere or gives it their all for a performance more than AJ. Don’t miss out. $20 music at 5 PM, early show! A Christmas tree already?! Halloween isn’t till today! Well, we just wanted to get the house ready for our holiday market this Saturday (11/2) and our show with AJ! So here’s the scoop: we have some awesome vendors tagged here that will be selling everything from custom wooden signs with your favorite band’s logo, to bad ass clothes for kids, PLUS photos with Santa! We’re changing the start time to 3 PM to make it easier for everyone. So come at 3, check out some local vendors, grab a pic with Santa and have a beer! Then, around 5 ish (a little after) Mr. is performing a special acoustic set of tunes spanning his projects and .glowsticks ! We’re asking for $20 at the door for this, all money to musicians. Maybe we’ll have a fire after that! So come Saturday for our last party of the year, get some holiday shopping done, or a gift for yourself, and catch a rare intimate acoustic performance with AJ. Hard to believe 4 summers ago was the first time played here. We don’t have many photos of that night, but here’s one of AJ in the crowd, totally captures the vibe of that night. Not many shows at the time due to COVID but people came from local areas, OH, the Carolinas to see live music in a backyard. Let’s re- create this magic for a fourth time with AJ returning Saturday, 11/2 here. He’ll go on around 5 (an early show) as we have a holiday market with some awesome vendors and photos with Santa starting at 12! The market is free to come and hang, unlimited photos with Santa are $20. The performance with AJ we’re asking for $20 per person (kids are free) - musicians should be paid and we take care of them here! Ok, we have one more show in us this year so we figured let’s make this holiday market extra crazy and get our friend Mr. to do an acoustic set of and .glowsticks tunes! So here we go, one final show of 2024 + a market of awesome vendors! Come for the market starting at 12, and music will start as the market ends! $20 for an intimate set of tunes you love. Saturday November 2 we’re doing a holiday market here to kick off the season! We’ll be sharing all our friends that will be here over the next couple of weeks, and also hopefully sharing a special music guest that evening 🤔 In the meantime; Santa will be here all the way from the North Pole taking pics as well that day! If you were here earlier this summer their band, Southern Cross Band, sold out a rare intimate full band show here. Another summer down here at the kill shed 😢more sentimental crap to come, but damn what a summer and couldn’t think of a better way to close it out then with our good friend ! The nicest guy in rock n’ roll who always brings a fresh set full of jams and hangs for the whole night! We’ll see ya Friday buddy! Special recognition to and for making the trek south on the parkway on a Saturday … damn though, your tunes are instant singalongs. Can’t wait for the new records! To thanks for sharing the word about our spot and bringing your heartfelt tunes to our stage. And - god damn you guys played your tightest set yet. This Saturday is extra special as we have bands traveling from a bit farther than normal! Stoked to have joining us from CT! They’re part of the family and we’ve been listening to them for the past couple of years, this band is so damn good! Also, from Albany, NY we have ! We came to know about this band a few months ago and it was a perfect fit for this lineup! Both bands have infectious rock tunes, perfect for a summer Saturday outdoors! See everyone Saturday!

Yesterday was a dream here at the kill shed! Back in January we started talking to and about booking here. Our son Ollie was newly born and we really wanted to expand what we’ve been doing and host something for kids. It’s so important to us that Ollie is exposed to live music and yesterday was a huge success in bringing 40 kids here for a morning set of catchy, infectious, and interactive songs and waffles! After the morning show, we got things ready for our not so secret evening show. To make it special we had our friends and here to showcase their businesses. The rain interrupted some of that, so please go give all of them a follow. Stand-up people who are creating and making things right here in our local community. We also had our friends .biz and open up the show with stripped down sets of songs from their bands and respectfully! Photos to come, but for being such big fans it was great to hear these tunes in this setting! So after a heavy rainfall for about 20 minutes and a Weather Channel app that was playing games with us, hit the stage. We were all a bit soaked by this point, but everyone banded together and turned it into a perfect evening. Many of you know Greg doesn’t do a ton of solo acoustic shows, so this was rare. A set full of originals, Souls classics, and covers in a backyard, a similar setting to how the Souls got their start playing shows. I can keep typing on and on, but this night meant a lot and we got to meet so many people who came here for the first time. The community surrounding the Souls is by far the most welcoming, fun, and respectful bunch out there, the real deal. Hope to see you all soon and props to Greg and Shanti for caring so much about your art, all the details, and ensuring the audience had the best time ever. P.S. to we cannot thank you enough for being such an important part of our place’s vibe! 📸

Ok, tomorrow is the big day! In the morning is - seriously, if you want your kids to have the best Saturday morning ever, experience live music, interact with other kids while doing so, and eating waffles… then this is your jam. Come at 10 for the waffles, music at 11. We have a few spots left, just hit the link in our bio to get a $15 ticket for your child! Then, we break and prepare for the evening. We haven’t been so secret about it, so let’s just get it out there… is doing a rare acoustic set! I won’t get to sappy here, but yeah… Our friends .biz and will be opening up. Holy crap! It’s birthday today! For anyone who’s been here, you know Dave. Essentially the head of hospitality making sure everyone is taken care of - a cold drink, a slushee from or the artists have what they need, he does it all! We should probably get this pic on a shirt, but we’ll see… Anyway; the best way you can wish him a happy birthday is to come Saturday night and celebrate! We’ve got an incredible lineup that you’ve seen us post a million times about and if you still do not know who’s closing out Saturday night, shoot him a DM. If you’re nice, he’ll tell you 😏
