We have some exciting news. We passed the final inspection for the town. We now wait for our CO and then have our Board of Health inspection. The light is very bright at the end of this tunnel and soon we will be open. We’re shooting for sometime during the 1st week of September. Stay tuned

Today we supported another small business. Since we are opening up in Toms River we decided to head over to Sub Doctors on RT 37 in Toms River. The young man Christopher who made our sandwich nailed it. Hats off to those guys over there for a great lunch today. Thank you.

Hey everyone. I’ve been keepin this under wraps until I was ready to share with you all.

We’ve been beat up a bit of late trying to get this restaurant open. Just when we think we are getting close to opening we get knocked down. So when I opened my email last week from the Community Choice awards we learned that we have the opportunity to take home 15 awards this years. Not only have we been nominated in Ocean County but we’re also listed for Central Jersey. So for everyone who nominated us we truly appreciate it and this definitely helps us feel a little better. 😁

Sorry we’ve been a little quiet of late. Still no update for you all as to when we can open. So as soon as we know we will definitely let you all know.

NOW a lot of you love our Cowboy Candy. I’m in the process of making a Pineapple Cowboy Candy that I think will go great on our Pulled Pork and Chicken Sandwiches. Shoot it might go great on anything you put it on. Can’t wait for it to be finished to give it a try with tonight’s dinner 😋😋 Yummmmm. Stay tuned

The other day I asked you all to send me pictures of our trailer at any events, parties or roadside that you may have taken so we can pick some to go on our wall at the restaurant. There was one picture that stood out that was taken at one of our fundraiser for the unity tour team. Joe Morgan used an old drone of his to capture this picture. I went and had it done on 16x20 canvas. Let me tell you this came out freakin awesome. This post doesn’t do this picture justice. Can’t wait to hang it on the wall. Thank you Joe Morgan for this awesome shot.

A lot of you don’t know about some of the different items we create. We’ve done this from time to time as specials at roadside but we always have them at festivals. Usually we have the BBQ Sundae with pulled Pork. We recently have been doing the Brisket Sundaes.

Hey Everyone one. I’m reaching out to ask you all for a favor. We’ve done many events and fundraising with the trailer as well as being set up in South Toms River. I’m asking if anyone has any Good Pictures of our trailer and our set up please if you don’t mind send them to us. I would like to try and take some of those pictures and frame them for our wall. We started this journey as a food truck and I don’t want to lose sight of that. If we select your photo to be on our wall at the restaurant you will receive a special gift from us.
